We operate a 4 days in office working pattern and the ability to work from home on a Friday.

We are looking for a Senior Designer with a background in graphic design and content creation to join our award-winning design department at Socialize. You’ll have previously worked on a range of projects for well-known global brands, and have successfully turned images into memes, film for social, edited video content and created designed assets which include motion that has led to award-winning work within an agency environment.
You'll need to be oozing creativity, and understand that ideas are only as good as how they're told. You'll be a phenomenal visual communicator and be able to tell stories that are smart, on-brand, and drive business results. You'll also be comfortable with clients, and interpreting briefs - understanding their needs and able to create opportunities. clients/account team, conducting brainstorms, devising presentation approach, creating a proposal, and presenting impactful creative, aligned to a thoughtful business strategy.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Produced creative solutions to briefs, offering design and brand advice and guidance.
- Conceptualised, created, designed, and visualised content for social & entertainment media, eg. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube and other social/digital platforms.
- Worked with client service teams to proactively identify opportunities to expand clients’ social presence and design applications, which has led to the client providing further opportunities for the agency.
- Balanced great design solutions with meeting deadlines and ensured that all work has been completed on time and within budget.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- In-depth knowledge of all the Adobe packages, exceptional understanding of design process and implementation.
- Excellent design, layout, typography and motion design skills.
- Proven examples of where you have constantly driven new technologies and innovative design solutions and trends.
- Have excellent knowledge of social media platforms. Maintain a good knowledge of all the platform updates, rules and limitations.
