Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Maintain close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Represent company internally and externally at events for networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in mass hiring.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
