Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to all the technical staff (Engineers &technicians) and all after sales department such as service advisors and parts department.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to all technical staff of all branches via phone, email, and remote service support tools.
  • Creating, tracking, and monitoring all the technical reports of product concerns and announcing the solution issued by the manufacturer to all technical staff.
  • Announcing the up-to-date technical service bulletins, recalls, and technical news published on technical website to help the technical team fix complicated concerns with less repair time and high quality.
  • Issuing monthly Recall Progress situation reports.
  • Understand all current and legacy products and deal with all pertained concerns.
  • Creating and modifying the scheduled maintenance tables according to manufactures' updates and following up on their correct applications in quick maintenance department high quality.
  • Provide dedicated–specific technical training to new hiring engineers and technicians related to scan tools applications and the different systems in the vehicles according to full cooperation with the training department.
  • Assist in saving and updating all required special tools and teach the technical staff the proper application of the special tools.
  • visiting the other branch and issuing a visit report email.
  • Updating software of the diagnostic scan tools so they can deal with the different up-to-date systems equipped to the vehicles.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent technical skills.
