General Accountant

NTS is looking for a skilled General Accountant to manage cash flow, financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records and collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring timely collections.

Daily Accounting Tasks: Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with standards.

Internal Audit Support: Ensure records are up to date for audits.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate invoices based on project timelines.

Cash Collection: Follow up on overdue payments to reduce outstanding balances.

Client Coordination: Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with clients.

Reconciliation & Compliance: Perform monthly account reconciliations and adhere to accounting policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Odoo software and MS Office

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and cash flow management

Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards

Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic & English

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills

Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

🕒 Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
