We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or handle sales inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales, technical, and customer service teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company scripts, policies, and call center procedures.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and new policies.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
