We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or handle sales inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and customer service teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and call center procedures.
- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and new policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
