We are looking for a Junior Animator to work at Socialize in Dubai (in partnership with We Are Social).

We operate 4 days in the office with the ability to work from home on Fridays.
The Opportunity
Are you a creative motion designer with a passion for bringing visuals to life? Socialize is looking for an experienced Junior Animator to join our dynamic team. If you have expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with a strong foundation in motion graphics, we want to hear from you!
Working across industries like lifestyle, fashion, food and retail, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where your creativity and technical skills will shine. You'll collaborate with some of the industry's best creative thinkers, producing scroll-stopping motion and still content for global brands.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to client briefs with clear and justified design concepts.
- Confidently articulate design decisions and creative choices.
- Produce high-quality motion and still content for social platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work proactively, asking the right questions and leveraging the knowledge of the Design team.
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of a wide range of design aspects across diverse clients.

What Else Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Strong motion design skills with a background in Motion Graphics.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (bonus points for experience in post-production and video editing).
- Basic graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, photography, and layouts.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting deadlines.
- Nice to have: Arabic language skills.
