Control Room Operations

Manage the operation of the assigned unit/plant from the control panel, adhering to established procedures, while adjusting operating conditions and product flows. Take prompt corrective measures in case of equipment abnormalities or malfunctions.

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the plant's layout, operational processes, advanced technology systems, and safety procedures across various operational assets to ensure that daily tasks meet predefined quality and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Maintain ongoing radio communication with field operators to inform them of current operational conditions and initiate necessary actions to keep operations within agreed-upon parameters.
