Role Overview

Our client is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in short-term rentals. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Property Acquisition Executive to source and onboard homeowners and investors who want to list their properties with us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, business development, and property management, with expertise in building long-term relationships and securing property listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Acquisition & Business Development
    • Identify and engage with property owners, landlords, and investors to expand the short-term rental portfolio.
    • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to secure exclusive property listings.
    • Leverage industry networks, referrals, and digital marketing for lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and investors.
    • Conduct property assessments and advise owners on maximizing rental income.
    • Guide clients through the listing process, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s short-term rental regulations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and market insights.
  • Market Research & Strategy
    • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the short-term rental sector.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize property performance and occupancy rates.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, business development, or property acquisition in Dubai.
    • Prior experience in property management, tenant relations, leasing, or overseeing rental properties is a strong advantage.
    • Experience in short-term rentals or holiday homes is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to property acquisition.
    • Ability to build long-term relationships with property owners and investors.
    • A strong social media presence is a plus for lead generation and brand promotion.
