Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager for the Middle East to join our growing team at DataMax AI. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in Maximo EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and a deep understanding of the GCC region. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence and driving business growth for DataMax AI's cutting-edge solutions in the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across the GCC region for DataMax AI’s Maximo-based solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and facilities management.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the specific needs of the GCC market, focusing on Maximo EAM solutions.
- Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
- Position DataMax AI’s products and solutions to meet the unique requirements of potential clients in the Middle East.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on how DataMax AI can optimize their Maximo systems and improve their operational efficiencies.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets for the region.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings in the EAM space within the GCC region.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to clients.
- Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential business opportunities to senior management.
