Job Overview: Emdad Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Logistics Import & Export Specialist to manage and oversee our international supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and optimizing logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to import/export activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment status, address potential delays, and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze shipping rates and negotiate contracts with freight carriers to optimize costs.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the import/export operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in shipping processes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Senior Logistics with experience from 2 to 4 years.
- Proven experience as import/export specialist or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
