Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Developer with expertise in HR and Finance Modules to design, develop, and implement customized Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Oracle Fusion applications with a primary focus on HR (HCM) and Finance (ERP) modules.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Reports (OTBI, BIP) and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize workflows, alerts, and notifications across HR and Finance modules.
  • Develop Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs for integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Fusion ERP and HCM applications.
  • Work with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and Payroll Integrations.
  • Perform Unit Testing, UAT Support, and Go-Live Activities.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system performance in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Provide technical documentation and training to end-users.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HR (HCM) and Finance (ERP) modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Interface.
  • Experience in Fusion Security Roles and Data Access Configurations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ADF, WebLogic, and Workflow Customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience with Fusion Data Migration Tools (FBDI, HDL).
