We are searching for an innovative and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist in Talent Development. This role is crucial in enhancing employee capabilities and ensuring optimal performance and growth within the organisation. Core Responsibilities in Talent Development

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent development programmes that align with organisational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities across the company.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote employee skills enhancement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to integrate development initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Advise and support managers in cultivating talent development plans for team members.
  • Oversee blended learning approaches, incorporating e-learning and classroom-based training.
  • Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for efficient tracking of employee development.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development throughout the organisation.

Essential Skills And Qualifications For Talent Development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in talent development or a similar HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and other HR technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for using data to inform strategic decisions.
