dopay is redefining payroll by providing digital payment solutions that bring cash-based workers into the financial system. As we continue to grow, our Logistics team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient distribution of our pre-paid dopay cards and related materials to businesses and employees across Egypt.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry and administration to efficient shipping and delivery.

- Implement scalable business processes and customer service standards to optimize order processing and achieve industry-leading fulfillment times.

- Spearhead the launch and expansion of dopay fulfillment points and stores across Egypt, developing and executing successful growth strategies.

-  Leverage order tracking and CRM systems to manage orders effectively, maintain accurate customer data, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Establish and manage performance objectives for the fulfillment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations through timely execution, accuracy, and quality service.

- Champion process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean tools and collaborating with the technology team to identify and implement operational enhancements.

- Partner with the Senior Leadership team to define and enforce quality control standards, ensuring all issues are promptly escalated and resolved with clear communication and recommended solutions.

- Facilitate effective troubleshooting by collaborating with stakeholders across departments to identify and resolve workflow issues.

- Serve as the primary source of information and support for the fulfillment team, effectively communicating policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

-  Oversee the achievement of departmental milestones and objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and adhering to the approved budget.

- Maintain a keen focus on departmental budget optimization, implementing cost-reduction strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize profitability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or Logistic and Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in order management and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
