Act as an Account Liaison for commercial teams with various commercial teams to handle day-to-day incoming requests to identify and protect the company's interest.
Draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, and licensing agreements.
Ensure that contracts align with company policies, country’s regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure that contracts with foreign entities align with the country’s regulations.
Advise management and other stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's compliance.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements and potential risks.
Advise on daily legal matters, and assist in resolving legal disputes
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

faculty of law – English section is a MUST.
3 to 5 years of experience within international organization in the technology industry.
Experience in overseas transactions is a MUST.
Fluency (written and oral) in English and Arabic is a MUST.
Strong understanding of relevant legal areas, excellent drafting, contract interpretation and negotiation skills.
strong understanding of the principles of risk analysis in commercial contracts.
