Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in reshaping the entertainment, sports, and cultural sectors in Saudi Arabia through innovative real estate development projects. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts and help us bring in top talent into the project.

In this role, you will be integral to our hiring initiatives, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates who meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their specific requirements and contribute positively to our talent acquisition strategy.

You will have the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced TA manager, learn many new skills and boost your career.

Note: this role is only open to Saudi nationals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide support in defining job descriptions and specifications.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including utilizing social media and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the role and the organization’s culture.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Support hiring managers in the interview and selection process by providing timely updated candidate assessments.

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Saudi citizen
  • Initial experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
  • Strong passion for recruitment and business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring manager and candidates.
  • Tech-savvy: able to learn new software and automations quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all recruitment activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand candidates’ perspectives throughout the recruitment process.
