As the Senior Manager in this role, you will be responsible for shaping the program portfolio, ensuring that each initiative aligns with our overarching goals and delivers tangible results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you inspire and guide project managers to achieve excellence in program execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies that align with Qiddiya’s mission and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Establish program performance metrics and regularly assess progress against objectives, making adjustments as needed.
- Engage with various stakeholders and report on program outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and aligns team efforts toward common goals.
- Manage program resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of budgetary and human resources.
- Support the professional development of program managers and their teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Research and integrate industry trends and innovations to enhance program effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).

- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex programs simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven history of building effective teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex program challenges.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially in stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Familiarity with various program management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2) is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly regarded.
