Driven Properties, a premier real estate agency based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a proven track record in business development, client management, and executive talent acquisition within Real Estate and Investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Origination & Relationship Management – Build and expand partnerships with leading Real Estate and Investment partners across the region.
- Market Intelligence & Headhunting – Identify and engage top-tier front-office professionals.
- Business Development – Proactively secure new business and establish a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Candidate Advisory – Guide senior professionals through the hiring process, providing strategic career insights.
- End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, in one or more of the following areas:
- Real Estate
- Investment Banking
- Global Markets
- Corporate Banking
- Private Banking & Wealth Management
- Asset Management
- Treasury & Capital Markets
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
- Deep market expertise in front-office hiring trends across the GCC and broader financial sector.
- Established network of senior professionals and key decision-makers in financial services.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
