Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in developing immersive entertainment and cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - IT Projects to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and driving the successful execution of various IT projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams and to ensure IT projects are completed on time.
- Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management,, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management roles within IT environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on addressing challenges creatively and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
