Qiddiya Investment Company is on the cutting edge of redefining entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst - Corporate Services. In this role, you will support various corporate initiatives by conducting data analysis, generating reports, and providing insights that assist in informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill all catering requests by obtaining quotations, ensuring approvals, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining an updated log to track progress and completion.
  • Oversee and coordinate office asset movements, such as computers and furniture, by liaising with vendors to ensure smooth transitions and timely execution.
  • Schedule and arrange vehicles for company site tours, ensuring timely availability and maintaining detailed records of requests.
  • Monitor, report, and track all Corporate Services department activities, including catering, vehicle scheduling, and asset movements, to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, addressing service-related issues promptly and ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Process and manage business card requests, including verifying designs and contact information, and coordinating with vendors for printing and delivery.
  • Manage petty cash requests and office-related expenses with proper documentation, accountability, and adherence to company policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, corporate services, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
