- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs aimed at improving morale, job satisfaction, and retention across the organization.
- Partner with department leaders to create targeted action plans addressing specific employee engagement challenges.
- Provide leadership and HR teams with data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with HR and senior leadership to design and execute programs that enhance organizational culture.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of culture initiatives and recommend adjustments where necessary to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Support efforts to cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes belonging and collaboration.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback through multiple channels, such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews, ensuring that employee voices are heard and that concerns are addressed.
- Create and implement strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement and job satisfaction, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Develop initiatives that encourage open communication between employees and leadership, addressing concerns in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership during periods of organizational change to assess cultural impacts and ensure smooth transitions.

Bachelor’s degree required; an HR Diploma or related certification is preferred.
5 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally within the retail industry.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing employee surveys and driving culture improvement programs.
Strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in survey tools and related software.
