Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimizing the company's online presence to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across digital platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to implement innovative digital marketing strategies and leverage cutting-edge tools to achieve measurable results. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint, connecting with our target audience, and contributing to the company's long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing:
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance and increase user engagement.
  2. SEO and SEM Optimization:
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
    • Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  3. Email and CRM Marketing:
    • Design and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, analyze data, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  4. LinkedIn and Social Media Expertise:
    • Optimize and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including campaign creation, performance tracking, and employee account activation in line with company guidelines.
    • Develop a comprehensive content calendar and event agenda for the entire year in advance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seasonal trends.
  5. Content Planning and Event Coverage:
    • Coordinate logistical support for events, such as professional photography and media coverage, to produce high-quality content.
    • Plan and execute promotional activities tailored to the Saudi market.
  6. Team and Project Management:
    • Lead and manage designers within the department to ensure timely delivery of impactful campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Soft Skills:
