Master-Works is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions by analyzing complex datasets, and delivering clear and impactful reports. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and help drive business success through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and company performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and data requirements.
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and solve complex business problems.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support strategic initiatives.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in statistical analysis and knowledge of relevant statistical tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
