Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships and outreach initiatives
  • Enhance connections with current connectors and referral partners
  • Explore and identify subtleties within client relationships, utilizing the appropriate strategies to ensure valuable and constructive communications
  • Utilize the existing network and relationships to facilitate beneficial introductions, attract new clients, and identify potential referral partners
  • Participate in events and engage in business initiatives to strengthen relationships for Blink22
  • Effectively communicate knowledge and understanding of design and development processes, alongside the overall expertise of Blink22
  • Quickly position oneself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy advisor during initial conversations with potential clients
  • Efficiently prioritize new business opportunities and the necessary steps to capitalize on them
  • Qualify new business opportunities by engaging in meaningful conversations to gather and verify essential deal information
  • Conduct pitches and high-value interactions to advance deals through the sales pipeline
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, writing Statements of Work (SOW), and other related tasks by collaborating effectively with team members and cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and cost projections, in partnership with our Product Managers and Technical Architects
  • Manage Sales and Marketing Operations
  • Oversee and support the complete sales cycle
  • Work on optimizing sales pipeline processes
  • Continuously foster new communication channels with current team members to enhance efficiencies
  • Lead marketing initiatives for Blink22 as a software house brand
  • Research and guide how Blink22 can initiate new business strategies that align with business goals such as client partnerships and emerging technologies

  • Creative problem-solving skills to re-engage contacts and initiate valuable discussions after facing rejection.
  • A natural inclination to ask insightful questions following brief research, identifying decision-making factors for prospects, and swiftly extracting insights from conversations and data.
  • Project management expertise with the capability to manage multiple projects that may involve some uncertainty.
  • Experience in developing competency-building processes and best practices, along with ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Candidates must be residents of the UAE to be considered for this position.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and excel in a metrics-driven, process-oriented environment with a focus on accountability.
