- Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, assessing current operations and identifying opportunities for business and technological enhancements.
- Participate in the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy efficient solutions that enhance productivity and performance
- Monitor and analyze project performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and outcomes
- Apply national digital transformation standards and best practices in project execution.
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise on necessary adjustments in digital transformation strategies.
- Lead Digital Transformation projects – Qiyas (DGA)
- Act as a SPOC for Digital Transformation Office
Job Requirements:
- Experience in formulating and communicating digital transformation strategies that aligns with the organization’s goals and Digital Government Authority standards.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation frameworks and national standards (DGA – Qiyas). Minimum of 2 projects.
- Familiarity with ITSM, business continuity, risk management, innovation practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to drive results.
- Saudi Governmental entities experience and knowledge of their requirements.
- Digital Transformation office experience, preferably with government or consulting entity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge in formulating business strategies, conducting strategy analysis, developing frameworks and operating models.
- Result-oriented and a game changer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on applying national standards and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in government entities, or highly regulated industries.
- Project Management Certification
- Digital Transformation & strategy related certificates are highly preferred.
