At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are transforming the landscape of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of real estate development projects that align with our visionary goals. This role will involve extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that our development initiatives are successfully delivered.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of infrastructure and utility assets, ensuring adherence to the company’s vision and standards.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in Civil Infrastructure design management.
- Coordinate district and city level implementation planning and approvals.
- Take project through design, approvals, procurement, and delivery phases.
- Support with strategy development as SME.
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions and project designs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, to guide the successful execution of real estate initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to create innovative and sustainable real estate solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community organizations.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster professional development among team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement in real estate development practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure and utlitiy asset development, with a strong emphasis on project management.
- Experience in full project life cycle.
- Practical Problem-solving approach.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from conception to completion.
- Experience in the Middle East real estate market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Real estate investment and financial analysis experience is a plus.
