As an Import & Export Coordinator role, you will play a critical role in the MEA Logistics Team at Ingram Micro
What you’ll do:
- Create and share shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders and customers, nominate freight forwarders, and obtain quotations.
- Provide & update reports with shipment analysis, and maintain the Import and Export tracker daily.
- Ensure freight costs stay within budget, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Nominate local truck, Collaborate with the Purchase team for order updates and clearance documents
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in logistics
- Excellent knowledge of GCC export, gulf & JAFZA customs, and Dubai Trade Regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, administrative, and time management, especially MS Office, with good communication skills
