We are seeking a results-driven B2B SaaS Lead Generation Specialist to join our Cairo team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating high-quality leads to drive business growth. This role requires a combination of research, strategic outreach, and marketing automation expertise to connect with potential clients and create opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads in the target market.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels such as email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and content marketing.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Craft compelling messaging and outreach sequences to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation.
  • Test and implement innovative tactics to increase lead volume and quality.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 1 - 3 years experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound lead generation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing best practices, and sales engagement tools is a plus.
