Job Purpose

Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling, serving orders to guests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

• Capability to perform repetitious duties.
• Capability of working in a high-pressured environment.
• Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.
• Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
• Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
• Taking order and serving food and drinks.
• Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience
• Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished
• Cleaning the restaurant and applicable operational equipment
• Re-stocking service areas and re-stocking condiments
• Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food and beverage or customer service
