NOTAM Operations
- Supervise and manage the operation of a 24 hour NOTAM office
- Provide technical support for the efficient running of 24 hour NOTAM office
- Ensure that staff adhere to the NOTAM content in accordance with ICAO SARPs
- Ensure that the accuracy of NOTAM are in accordance with the specified safety targets.
- Efficient maintenance of the NOTAM database and related NOTAM documentation.
- Initiate, investigate and clarify queries received and maintain all related statistics
- Be an active Member of AIM Safety Committee
- Plan for the required system upgrade requirements considering the developing ICAO and National regulations
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
