IT Project Manager - Eastern Province

Master-Works, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and oversee their execution.

• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Track project progress, report on milestones, and ensure risks are identified and mitigated proactively.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or adjustments needed.

• Facilitate project meetings to enhance communication, ensure issue resolution, and encourage collaboration.

• Evaluate project performance upon completion, capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• Experience: At least 4 years of project management experience in a services provider company or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Only Saudi nationality for this role.
