Job Description:

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software.
- Familiarity with business process modeling methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with process mapping and gap analysis.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and elicit business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizations.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and provide insights into operational performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that convey complex information in an understandable format for various audiences.
- Support project managers in the execution of project plans, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to promote understanding and buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of requirements and project documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Leverage data visualization tools to create dynamic dashboards that facilitate decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, providing feedback for future enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact the organization’s business processes.
- Uphold organization-wide compliance and governance policies when managing data and documentation.
- Contribute actively to team discussions and brainstorming sessions aimed at fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides to support end-users in adopting new systems and processes.
