We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Cashier to manage transactions and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, good communication, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases quickly and accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per store policies.
  • Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and promotions.
  • Check for pricing accuracy and apply discounts when necessary.
  • Ensure cash register balances at the end of the shift.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience.
  • Follow loss prevention and security procedures.
  • Restock checkout supplies and report any system issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Cashier or in retail sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
