Cost Estimator Engineer

Identify and establish cost estimation targets throughout the design and development
process, offering recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
 Collect proposals, specifications, and relevant documentation, collaborating with
stakeholders to translate specifications into cost estimates for both new
and existing products.
 Employ cost estimation methodologies, tools, and suitable software models and
packages to ensure the preparation and maintenance of reliable, accurate data.
 Develop cost estimates pertaining to production processes and tooling expenses, and
explore alternatives or provide suggestions for enhancements.
 Evaluate the cost efficiency of products, monitor actual expenses against the
budget, and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with forecasted costs.
