Technical Interior Designer – Luxury Hospitality Project (Alchemy Architecture)

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Project Manager with a passion for high-end hospitality developments.

In this role, you’ll oversee every phase of the project, from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and seamless coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

You’ll work on a landmark hotel project with one of Egypt’s most influential clients, contributing to a development that will set new standards in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a prestigious luxury hospitality project, maintaining full visibility of its status and progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and quality outcomes.
• Review and manage project contracts, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met at every phase.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, assigning tasks to team members and tracking progress.
• Supervise all project stages to guarantee accuracy, quality, and compliance with the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager, Lead Architects, and Senior Architects to ensure the design intent is flawlessly executed.
• Attend and actively participate in technical meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design disciplines.
• Review, control, and approve technical drawings, ensuring they meet design and construction standards.
• Oversee the issuance of all construction drawings and documentation, ensuring they are submitted on time and archived properly.
• Manage and maintain the digital documentation system, ensuring all project files are organized and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation, identify potential issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to the Department Head/Principal Architect, detailing project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Remain available and responsive to urgent project needs, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically within luxury hospitality or high-end commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction documentation, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
