The Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the processes of purchasing, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. Key responsibilities include building relationships with prospective clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, analyzing market data, negotiating terms and conditions, and offering expert insights on market dynamics, legal considerations, and financing alternatives.

متطلبات الوظيفة
● Excellent consulting and communication skills
● Proven track record of sales achievements, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction
● Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
● Certification in Real Estate and/or Property Management is a plus
● Fluency in English is essential. Spoken Arabic, or any other language, is a plus
● Preferably with valid UAE Driver’s license
