- Administer and manage the Forcepoint DLP platform, ensuring continuous monitoring and protection.
- Configure and fine-tune DLP policies, content inspection rules, and endpoint security settings.
- Monitor and analyze security events, investigating potential data breaches or policy violations.
- Automate security workflows and optimize DLP rule sets for improved efficiency.
- Integrate Forcepoint DLP with other security tools (SIEM, CASB, IAM, Endpoint Security).
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, and other regulatory standards.
- Perform security risk assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen data protection strategies.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on DLP best practices and incident response.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP administration (or other enterprise DLP solutions).
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, data classification, and insider threat management.
- Experience with policy creation, rule tuning, and risk analysis in DLP environments.
- Knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cloud-based DLP solutions.
- Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), SIEM tools, Windows/Linux environments, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to detect and mitigate security threats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT security teams and business units.
