About this Position This role drives profitable sales growth within a defined account base by developing and executing strategic account plans. It requires expertise in e-commerce, including SEO, content optimization, and assortment strategy, to enhance brand visibility and shopper experience.
What You´ll Do
- Drive profitable sales growth to outperform the market & competitors across given account base.
- Improve Henkel brand visibility & shopper experience through optimizing content & SEO in close collaboration with brand marketing partner agencies.
- Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives (A, B).
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy (A, B).
- Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
What makes you a good fit
- 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales.
- Demonstrate success in Account Management, ideally within a Consumer Goods market.
