- Review and analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and relevant correspondence to ensure comprehensive project detail consideration.
- Coordinate across various trades, including architectural, MEP, and structural, to promote an efficient workflow.
- Conduct technical calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Carry out calculations such as load and energy analysis, achieving all required approvals.
- Perform site inspections to evaluate the progress and quality of mechanical installations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning processes for mechanical systems.
- Develop as-built drawings for documentation purposes.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
