Role Description
As a Cybersecurity Engineer at Innovative Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our mission to protect our clients from cyber threats. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, ensuring that organizational assets remain secure against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Respond to security incidents and investigate potential threats.
- Monitor network activity and analyze suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with other IT members to implement security solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- Apply security technologies such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in cybersecurity or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies and networking.
- Experience with tools like firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications like Security+, eJPT, CEH, and NSE3 are a plus.
- Team player who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
