Description

The Tamheer Training Program offers fresh graduates the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and skills in a professional setting, specifically in the field of Human Resources. It aims to support and enhance their career aspirations by facilitating connections with professionals in the HR industry. Participants in the Tamheer Training program have the chance to engage in meaningful and innovative projects for the Alkaffary Group Company. These structured learning experiences involve collaboration between the fresh graduates and our full-time HR professionals, working together on projects within the HR department. The training assignments allow participants to integrate their knowledge and skills in ways that are mutually beneficial for both themselves and Alkaffary Company, fostering a productive and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes and candidate screening.
Support HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting activities.
Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to gain hands-on experience.

Majors:
Human Resources.
Business Administration.

Program Requirements:
Proficient in English.
Qualified for Tamheer.
Registered at Taqat for Tamheer.
Never participated in the Tamheer program before.
Not registered in GOSI in the last 6 months.
