JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Payroll Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with payroll regulations. You will play a crucial role in managing payroll operations and leading a team to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete payroll process, including the collection, entry, and processing of payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and analyses for management review.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure alignment of payroll data and financial records.
- Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team members for professional growth.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
