5. Aid in internal events and initiatives by creating communication materials, presentations, and additional collateral.
6. Assist in the implementation of employee feedback mechanisms and surveys to gather valuable insights for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in internal communication, content creation, or related roles, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling ability and creative flair.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Experience with graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
