The
Head of Business Development is a senior leadership role focused on driving the growth and expansion of a company. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, investors, and industry leaders.

- Act as the company’s representative at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead efforts to attract and acquire new clients or customers.

- Analyze competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to refine business development initiatives.

- Set clear goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the team.

Skills And Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degrees are often preferred for senior roles.
