▪ Collaborate with the creative team to design, develop, and implement innovative attractions and entertainment experiences.
▪ Translate creative concepts into practical execution by managing the technical aspects of project development.
▪ Oversee the installation and maintenance of creative elements, including scenic designs, lighting, audio, and visual effects.
▪ Ensure all installations adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines, performing safety checks and assessments regularly.
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during performances, events, or daily operations.
▪ Maintain detailed documentation of all creative projects, including specifications, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
▪ Collaborate with various departments, including operations and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of creative elements into existing attractions.
▪ Provide training and guidance to crew members on creative technologies and systems.
▪ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the creative offering of the park.
▪ Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for creative projects.
▪ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new attractions and theming.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Education:
- Technical Diploma or Degree in Theatre Arts, Technical Theatre, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative technical role, preferably in an amusement park, theatre, or entertainment industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical systems including lighting, sound, and visual effects.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools to create technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Languages:
- Fluent in English.
