Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritizing and refining user stories, epics, and themes.
Ensure the backlog aligns with the product vision and strategy.
Collaborate with the development team to define sprint goals and estimates.
Attend and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews.
Clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the product.
Analyze user data and metrics to measure the success of product features.

+5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., PSM I, PSPO) or other relevant Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe® 5 Agilist) is a strong is must.
Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
Experience working with user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Technical understanding of the product domain is a plus.
