We are seeking a Design Manager - Theme Park to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of our theme park projects, bringing to life exhilarating attractions and environments that captivate guests of all ages. The ideal candidate will possess a rich background in theme park design and a passion for creating magical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design process for theme park attractions, ensuring creativity and innovation align with Qiddiya’s vision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and ride manufacturers, to create compelling and safe design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts and development plans to stakeholders, securing approvals and ongoing support.
• Review and assess design submissions to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and guest experience objectives.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorm sessions to cultivate innovative ideas and designs.
• Stay abreast of trends in theme park design, technology, and guest experience enhancements.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring designs are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants involved in the design and implementation phases.
