We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role you will be determining the company’s gross-profit and annual plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Providing the critical solution and industry knowledge to help support, generate, and develop new sales opportunities and support the growth of short-term and long-term pipeline.
  • Preparing and executing strategic sales growth plans for target portfolio and clearly articulates the value proposition of solutions.
  • Focus on customer management and discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
  • Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar roles.
  • Candidate should be based in Morocco.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
