Take ownership of and manage the product backlog by prioritizing and refining user stories, epics, and themes.
Ensure that the backlog is in line with the overarching product vision and strategy.
Work closely with the development team to establish sprint objectives and timelines.
Actively engage in sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Effectively convey the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders.
Collect and integrate feedback from stakeholders for continuous product enhancement.
Examine user data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of product features.

+5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., PSM I, PSPO) or other relevant Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe® 5 Agilist) is a strong is must.
Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
Experience working with user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Technical understanding of the product domain is a plus.
