Job Duties:-
- Responsible for the delivery of facilities services across a designated area in as agreed within the SLA
- Lead a multi-skilled team to provide Facilities Management services in accordance with the SLA
- Monitor reporting daily, ensuring that all client service requests are allocated to the appropriate supply partner and closed out accordingly
- Ensure all new starters (such as new vendors on site or any third party, contractors) receive all the necessary introductions promptly and accurately
- Provide timely and accurate management information
- Enhance the service delivery through best practice and the effective use of systems and equipment
- Ensure all necessary processes/procedures are in operation and adhered to
- Manage all service contracts including; cleaning, vending, security, catering, maintenance, fleet, office management etc
- Coordinate facilities and project management, from inception to completion for the client sites
- Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements
- Produce regular reports according to schedule agreed with the client using CBRE internal systems
- Hold regular progress reviews to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with landlord and property managers to ensure their service charge obligations are met
- Manage budgets and prepare regular forecasts according to agreed schedules targets
- Responsible for Health and Safety on site, monthly HSE inspections and regular audits
- Follow the HSE policy within the SLA and required by CBRE policy
- Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
- Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
- Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field
- Very good English Level
- Must have experience in leading and supervising teams
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree
- Decision Making and problem solving skills
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure
- Time Management and multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
- Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment
- Focused and professional attitude
