Director - Strategy (earthworks and roads) (ENT206)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and analytical Director - Strategy (Earthworks and Roads) to spearhead the planning and execution of our earthworks and road infrastructure projects. This pivotal role will involve working closely with engineering, project management, and design teams to ensure that our infrastructure initiatives align with Qiddiya's vision of creating a world-class entertainment and leisure destination.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategies that drive the efficient execution and management of earthworks and road projects. Your expertise will help guide project feasibility studies, budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for earthworks and road projects that align with overall company goals.
• Lead feasibility assessments and risk analyses for planned infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for earthworks and road projects.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, government agencies, and community partners.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
• Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership regarding project status and strategic initiatives.
• Strategy to ensure certainty in delivery and value for money outcomes
• Assist with procurement strategy and market engagement strategies to attract the Contractors required
• Coordinate with development, delivery, construction, consultants, contractor and authority teams to ensure our contractors are provided the optimum opportunity for success
